How long is the processing time before my package is shipped?

— Processing time takes around 3-5 business days (Holidays and weekends are not included).

How do I cancel my order?

— Just in case you change your mind, we provide a chance to cancel your order within 24 hours after the order is placed. If you’re past the 24 hour deadline, we will do our best to assist you solve the issue.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation through email or text message with your tracking number once LBC Express has shipped your package. This will take place one (1) day after the parcel has been shipped.


How long will I receive my package after it’s shipped out by the shipping courier?

Once your order is placed, you have a window of 24 hours to cancel/modify your order. Then, it goes into production/processing which usually takes between 3-5 business days. Once you order is shipped, standard shipping will take 1-5 business days.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes we do! We accept Cash-on-Delivery through LBC . If you live in Iloilo City, Philippines, we can arrange meet-ups. We also support bank deposits through BPI, Metrobank, or Palawan Pera Padala. Just message us through Facebook messenger for the details.

Do you also accept Cash on Pick-up?

Yes! We offer cash on pick-up especially for those addresses that are out of delivery zone. If the customer has special request to just pick-up his/her parcel to a specific LBC branch, he may message us through Facebook messenger at .
